Referrals

We reward our loyal clients, and understand that word of mouth is the best way of communicating something positive. For that reason when our existing clients refer a new Investor (subject to terms and conditions) and that investor becomes part of the Encompass client base, we offer our client a 25% discount on the Buyers Agents Fee for their next Property Purchase.

Management of Renovation Work 

One of the services we offer is the management of the trades and services that may be required as part of the property deal. You can of course elect to manage the works yourself however this is a service we offer if you do not have time.
