Encompass Investment Solutions is the result of the passion and determination of Nicholas Churchill.

Nick started his professional life with a 15 year career in the electronic security and construction industry, where he progressed from an Electrical Engineering apprenticeship, to a serious six figure Senior Management position in a large national leading commercial Security Systems company. His role included complex Project Management of multi-million dollar construction projects and later, Sales and Account Management of large corporate clients, such as Financial Institutions, Government Departments and Shopping Centre Facilities. Sitting under the glass ceiling of corporate success, came the realisation that no matter how much someone earns and saves, working as an employee and being taxed as an employee could only ever support a comfortable but mediocre lifestyle. Nice, but ordinary.

And there’s nothing exceptionally challenging or rewarding about being ordinary.

Nick’s investment journey began with many hours of research and late nights of study. Just 18 month later he boasted a massive portfolio of properties generating positive cash flow in addition to providing taxation benefits.

Nick now acts for buyers,  helping other’s set and achieve goals that they previously may not have been aware were so easily and effortlessly possible.

“Real Estate is no magic get rich quick scheme, and I’ve seen a lot of people lose money or go bankrupt buying the wrong stuff or being mislead by smooth talking agents and spruikers” says Nick, “But there are smart ways to invest in property, and that is why I started Encompass, to help other people do what I have done.”

Nick himself engaged a well publicised and reputable buyers’ agent in the early days to help him get his portfolio started. “I’m a firm believer in engaging experts and learning from the best” Says Nick. “Mistakes cost money, and I’d rather pay for knowledge than pay for mistakes. Using a Buyers’ Agent gave me a head start on how to think, and how to evaluate the deals I was considering. My only critique of the firm I engaged was I felt that their focus failed to consider the investor’s personal circumstances and long term planning, which are both things I see as extremely important.”

An initial consultation with Nick involves a small investment of just $249 Ex GST, which is deducted from future fees should you choose to engage his services.
